Regional Teams Event #2 — Expression of Interest
Date: Saturday 17 & Sunday 18 October 2026
Venue: Benalla Lawn Tennis Club
Events: 10&U, 12&U, 14&U, Junior Open (18&U)
Format: 2 boys and 2 girls mixed event — singles and mixed doubles
Cost: $35 per player
Accommodation: Each family arranges their own accommodation for the weekend

EOI closes Friday 19 September 2026. Teams will be announced the following week to give families time to book accommodation and plan travel.

Qualifying criteria: Players must have played for a PTA-affiliated club in a PTA league/competition in the past 12 months.

Selection criteria: Team selection is based on each player's UTR as of the cut-off date. A playoff may be required if a player's UTR is unreliable or two players are tied. For younger age groups where UTR may be less accurate, other criteria may apply. Players nominate for their own age group but may occasionally be moved up to fill a higher team, at the Regional Selectors' discretion.
